All accounts are due 10th of the month with the exception of direct ship purchases (fuel, fert, etc) which are due 15 days after receipt of product (invoice will be mailed to you).
To be a member of Texhoma Wheat Growers our bylaws state the qualifications are as follows:
· Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or organization, including both landlords and tenants, who is a bona fide producer of agricultural products in the territory in which the Association is engaged in business, may become a member of the Association by aquiring a share of the common stock, and meeting other such conditions, if any, as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.
· Each member shall have only one vote regardless of the number of shares of capital stock owned by them.
· Currently a share of common stock is $10.
